Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) announced on January 12th that they invested $1.25 billion to purchase 13,627 Bitcoins at a price of $91,519, bringing their total holdings to 687,410 Bitcoins. Japanese listed company Metaplanet did not purchase Bitcoin last week. As of the time of writing, the total amount of Bitcoin held by global listed companies (excluding mining companies) is 937,310 Bitcoins, with a current market value of approximately $85.02 billion, accounting for 4.7% of Bitcoin's total market capitalization.
