In a post on X platform, Solana's Asia-Pacific Growth Leader Yaoyao revealed that before joining Solana, in 2023, they had participated in a Starknet event and attempted to discuss expansion plans in the Asia-Pacific region with the team. During a conversation with a Starknet executive, the executive's arrogance was displayed, as they deemed Yaoyao's inquiries about joining the company to be very rude. Yaoyao mentioned that at the time, they were still working at Bybit and undergoing interviews with Solana, and this experience ultimately led to their decision to join Solana. Yaoyao also emphasized that the ecosystem is defined by people, and without standing with the community, there will be no support.
