According to reports, BitGo, the first crypto asset custody company to go public on the NASDAQ in 2026, will be listed tonight with the stock code BTGO. The IPO price has been set at $18 per share, higher than the previous expected range of $15 to $17. At this price, BitGo's market value will reach approximately $2.1 billion.
Financial performance data shows that BitGo had revenue of around $1 billion in the first nine months of 2025, a significant increase from the same period last year (around $190 million). Net profit was approximately $35.3 million, with net profit attributable to shareholders around $8.1 million. In the same period last year, the company's net profit attributable to shareholders was $5.1 million. As of September 30, 2025, BitGo's platform had custody assets totaling around $104 billion, supporting over 1,550 types of digital assets. BitGo expects full-year revenue in 2025 to be between $16.02 billion and $16.09 billion.
Established in 2013, BitGo is one of the largest crypto custody companies in the United States.
