Despite Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong withdrawing support in January, causing industry concerns, active involvement from key senators and the White House team has kept the bill on track. Smith revealed that the legislative team is pushing for the Senate Banking Committee to complete deliberations in March-April, in order to submit the bill for a full house vote before the July recess.
