According to reports from the Wall Street Journal, Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta Platforms (META.O), hopes that everyone inside and outside the company will eventually have their own personal AI proxy, starting with himself. Sources reveal that Zuckerberg is creating a CEO proxy to help him manage work affairs.
The proxy is currently in development, assisting Zuckerberg in quickly obtaining information. For example, retrieving responses that would typically require layers of communication. The use of AI tools is rapidly spreading within Meta, partly because it has now become a factor in employee performance evaluations.
Sources disclose that Meta's internal message board is filled with employees sharing new AI cases they have discovered and tools they have built using AI. Employees have started using personal proxy tools like My Claw, which can access their chat records and work files, and can communicate on their behalf with colleagues (or colleagues' personal proxies). There is even a group on the internal message board for employee personal proxies to interact with each other.
