Arival Bank, the crypto-friendly bank, will launch its beta on Thusday after two years of laying the groundwork.

Arival, which is more of a fintech startup than a traditional bank, has a team of 20 with offices based in Puerto Rico and Florida. The bank plans to provide accounts to cryptocurrency startups through its sponsor bank, the Puerto Rico-based San Juan Mercantile Bank and Trust.

However, companies that bank with Arival must divulge what’s in their wallet. The firm will utilize tools from the blockchain analysis firm Elliptic to scan the crypto addresses that onboarding clients provide for any suspicious transactions.
