Report Said Most Crypto Exchanges No Clear KYC Policy

Summary: A global study of 216 exchanges from technology-regulated startup Coinfirm shows that 69% of these companies do not have a clear“Know Your Customer (KYC)” program. The study also found that only 26% of exchanges have “high” levels of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, such as ongoing transaction monitoring and internal compliance staff with anti-money laundering experience.
