Scott Moore, a developer relations lead for Gitcoin, said the partnership could help bring on more people from the Web2 Rust community. Moore explained that many of Gitcoin’s growth came from Web2 instead of Web3.
Gitcoin’s public funding mechanism, Gitcoin Grants, which sources from both on community contributions and wealthy donors, functions under the concept of Capital-constrained Liberal Radicalism (CLR).
