Bitcoin demonstrated the strength of its support at $9,000 after showing signs of weakness overnight, as reported by Bitcoinist.

BTC dipped below $9,200 overnight, but buyers quickly lifted it back into the mid-$9,000s. One BTC trader noted in a tweet that the coin's overnight volatility is not significant.

He added that until buyers push BTC past mid-$10,000s or the price drops below $8,750 any changes are just "noise."
