Bitmain officially released "Explanation on Bitmain's Recent Controversial Issues" on its website. The statement stated that the official seal of Bitmain has been properly custodial and legally used, and the company has not applied for loss reporting or re-engraving of the official seal.
ZHAN Ketuan falsely claimed that the company seal was lost using the status of the company registration information that was not in line with the actual situation. An "official seal" that he applied for re-engraving and filing in the name of the company without authorization is not only essentially invalid but also violated the company's legal rights.
Bitmain will also inquire about his legal responsibility for this, and will not recognize ZHAN's unauthorized use of the "official seal."
