The community has submitted a governance proposal 010 to Compound, which includes two main aspects:
1. Adjusting COMP distribution speed from 0.5 COMP to 0.44 COMP per each Ethereum block. Compound distribution system expects 15 second block time on the Ethereum network, while in reality, this is 13.1~ second average. This will decrease the current 3,297~ / day distributed COMP to the expected level 2,880~ COMP / day.
2. Increase the proposed reserve factor for BAT, REP, and ZRX to 50%. If the vote is passed, users can use BAT, REP, ZRX as collateral to lend up to 50% of their assets.
