John McAfee, the famous programmer and presidential candidate is claiming in an interview with Forbes that Bitcoin will cost $1million per coin in 2020, which is double the $500,000 prediction he originally gave.

McAfee believes that the scarcity of Bitcoin will trigger a surging price, since the BTC supply is limited at 21 million coins, and considering that 7 million have been lost forever this statement holds even truer.

Bitcoin however currently sits at $8,268 with only a few months until 2020. However there is still time in what has been an extremely volatile year.
