Securities Commissioner Travis J. Iles brought an emergency action to stop Mind Capital Tech SL from unlawfully promoting a crypto marketing fraud, as shown by Texas State Securities Board’s official website.

By purchasing MCcoin and participating in a crypto-fiat arbitrage trading program, investors of Mind Capital were told that they could earn between 0.5 and 1.5 percent returns on a daily basis.

According to the order, Mind Capital was not legally registered as dealers or agents in Texas, nor did it transparently convey critical information to its investors. Prior to this order, Mirror Trading International, another pyramid scheme fraud, was also alleged by Texan authorities.
