Telegram has decided to fight back against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and issued a message responding to regulators about their cryptocurrency Grams.

The message stated that the SEC’s emergency injunction was unwarranted and Telegram is asking for a federal court to deny the motion. Telegram also made it a point that it is not a security therefore shouldn’t fall under the SEC’s jurisdiction.
