Colorado Congressman Ed Perlmutter asked Mark Zuckerberg for clarification on whether Libra was a money or something else. 

Zuckerberg responded that he sees cryptocurrency as a payment system and doesn’t seek to undercut the U.S. dollar. Perlmutter then stated that he is not sure if Facebook knows what they’re creating.
