Coinbase, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced their partnership with alternative investments firm Regal Assets and asset custodian Kingdom Trust to fully develop and offer cryptocurrency-based individual retirement accounts (IRA) in the United States. With the new crypto IRA accounts, investors will be able to access more than 30 digital currencies directly via Coinbase. Regal Assets also claims that there will be insurance protection provided by Lloyd's of London - a Bristish insurance firm. The platform currently supports major coins such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), etc. By Minh Nguyen.
