The blockchain system would manage personnel data, improve training, mission performances and provide soldiers with earned tokens.

The system would allow the military to store personnel data such as fundamental information, career path, missions undertaken and rewards received, without any worry of outside manipulation.

Blockchain technology can record data on military training, professional skills and missions assigned. This technology will allow for the recording, calculation and evaluation of a soldier's performance. Good execution would reward soldiers with additional tokens and bad execution would cause a deduction of tokens,

This token system allows for immediate gratification for troops and increased motivation. Compared with previous reward and promotion systems put into place by the military, such as merit citations and rank promotions which are based on years of service and long-term performance, the token system provides a more immediate reward.
