Sean Neville, Circle's co-CEO, has notified the company that he will be stepping down from his position at the end of the month, according to CoinDesk.

Neville who co-founded Circle in 2014 with Jeremy Allaire, advised the company’s Board of Directors of his decision during a quarterly meeting. While Neville will be transitioning out of his position as co-CEO, he will continue to serve on the board as an independent director.
