ConsenSys, the ethereum blockchain development company with over 30 hubs around the globe, has shut down their key operations in India and the Philippines, according to CoinDesk.

Joe Lubin, ConsenSys chief notified the teams via email that they would be shut down. While the Indian and Philippines operations are small but employing less than a dozen people combined those operations did work on important initiatives for the company.
