Bitmain, the world’s largest cryptocurrency mining firm, is reportedly set to release 50% of their workforce before Bitcoin’s (BTC) next halving. Zhan let Bitmain employees know that he is “firmly opposed” to the layoff in a post addressed to Bitmain employees on Weibo Monday.
