Facebook has finally released the white paper project today, June 18th, 2019 for its new cryptocurrency called “Libra.”
Facebook registered Libra Networks LLC in Geneva, Switzerland in May of this year in order to establish a new digital currency, Libra, that will be built on the Libra Blockchain. This new cryptocurrency is targeted for the everyday online customer and is endorsed by one of the largest companies in the world. Libra is decentralized and is thus directed by the Libra Association.
