The use of cryptocurrencies is expanding remarkably where they are now being used to aid refugees traveling across the Simon Bolivar International Bridge, one of the most highly traveled borders used by Venezuelan refugees.  

Migrants and other travelers are now able to buy goods using cryptocurrencies through the point-of-sale service, created by Panda Group. Panda Group, a Columbian-Venezuela joint venture created this alternative payment for humanitarian aid purposes with refugees in mind. 

This exchange service is a significant milestone for the potential of technology to improve our world and to help others in need.
