Reginald Fowler intends to plead guilty on the charge of operating an unlicensed money transmission business during a court hearing. Fowler co-founded a payment processor to Crypto Capital with Ravid Yosef. 

The two are accused of defrauding financial institutions on pretense of serving real-estate clients, but instead were caught storing funds on cryptocurrency exchanges. The Panama-based firm processed millions of dollars within the span of five years.
