BrickMark, a real estate investment company, made a record-breaking blockchain investment in Zurich’s business district. 

The company signed a purchase agreement for prime commercial property worth over CHF130 million. BrickMark claims that tokenization will enable higher levels of transparency while also providing efficient fit-for-purpose forms of capital.
