The blockchain company Texture Capital announced that it has obtained the membership approval of the U.S. Financial Industry Regulatory Agency (FINRA). The membership of FINRA allows Texture Capital to operate as a digital securities broker-dealer and operate an alternative trading system (ATS).

Texture Capital will use blockchain to facilitate the issuance of digital securities, thereby improving transparency and accountability for investors, issuers, and regulators. As a digital securities broker-dealer, Texture Capital is creating a new institutional market for private capital, thereby greatly improving issuers' capital opportunities and lowering the threshold for institutions to obtain private investment opportunities in the primary and secondary markets.
