Yearn.Finance just tweeted that YIP-51 has passed, which removed yVault withdrawal fees and changes the fee structure to be a 2% Management fee and a 20% Performance fee on profits. YIP-51 affects v2 yVault fees, including withdrawal fees, for the upcoming v2 release.

v1 yVaults (currently deployed) have not undergone a fee structure change, and are still subject to a 0.5% withdrawal fee.
