According to Cointelegraph, Binance has filed a lawsuit in New Jersey against Forbes and its two Journalists Michael del Castillo and Jason Brett, claiming that its article "Leaked 'Tai Chi' Document Reveals Binance's Elaborate Scheme To Evade Bitcoin Regulators" is "defamatory", Binance complaint that "The Story contains numerous false, misleading and defamatory statements about Binance." This resulted in the loss of "millions of dollars" in Binance. The company reiterated that it never created or implemented the "Tai Chi" document, and Harry Zhou, the so-called document author, has never worked in Binance. Binance is requiring for compensatory and punitive damages.
