It is essential that you list your cryptocurrencies in your will, lest they fall into the "remainder of your estate" and no one will be able to access them, according to Bitcoinist. Bitcoin can be almost impossible to uncover, you will need to mention how and where to find it, but this begs the question: how does one avoid such secret information from a probate

Instead of putting all your information in a will, it is advisable to create a memorandum. The memorandum should include necessary information like your pin, backup seed, hardware wallets, etc so your loved ones can access your bitcoin. If your information is in your digital wallet or computer, do not forget to include login information to any of those devices.
