Izabella Kaminska, a well-known editor of the Financial Times and a Bitcoin skeptic, stated in her article that Bitcoin finally found its existence in the "doomsday" scenario.

According to the article, the government's response to the Covid-19 pandemic has stirred up the argument that the world will move toward authoritarianism in the future, and the anonymous security of Bitcoin has become a hedge against the global fall into totalitarian dystopia.
