Dismissed due to a lack of jurisdiction and failure to state a claim, the exchange actions of Kraken, Bitmain, and Roger Ver were dismissed, reports CoinVedi.
The problem began when Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin SV competed to produce the longest chain, Kraken exchange got involved by being the first to be awarded BCH ticker to the chain Bitcoin ABC; price reestimation crashed overnight. The price crash meant rewards became much lower in value, United American Corp claimed that these companies broke the Sherman and Clayton Act by showing negligence.
