According to Chainalysis, the number of wallets with at least 1,000 Bitcoins has increased by 302 this year, reaching a record 2,052. Chainlysis saw this as a substantial increase in the richest wallets and provides evidence of institutional investors entering the market. In addition, smaller investors are also increasing their holdings. 2.4 million Bitcoins have flowed into wallets holding at least 5 Bitcoins in 2020, and the number of wallets increased by 8,842 to 234,408.
