Blockstation, the Canadian digital asset trading systems firm, has developed a fast-track disclosure filing process for companies looking to list security tokens on the Jamaican Stock Exchange (JSE).

On Tuesday Blockstation announced their new tool, called the Smart Listing Accelerator Process (SLAP), alongside the JSE’s launch of a tokenized Initial Public Offering (IPO) platform. The SLAP is designed to simplify the filing of required regulatory disclosures and prospectuses, said CTO and co-founder Jai Waterman.
