Although many exchanges have delisted Ripple's XRP, Uphold, a crypto payment platform announced today that it will continue to support XRP transactions until the court determines that XRP is a security, or XRP transaction volume is reduced to the point that the platform cannot support the token.
The statement read: "We trust that other Exchanges will adopt a similar stance rather than rushing to judgment ahead of the Court's decision." It is reported that the pre-trial hearing in the SEC v. Ripple case will be held in the Southern District Court of New York on February 22.
