Prometheum, an end-to-end blockchain securities ecosystem regulated by FINRA and SEC, announced today that it has completed more than $15 million in new funding, brought its total financing to more than $27 million.

Prometheum was founded by a number of Wall Street lawyers in 2017 and is committed to building the first compliant end-to-end ecosystem for digital assets. Prometheum recently acquired Spark Transfer Services, a licensed broker-dealer, and is waiting for regulatory approval. The acquisition and new funds bring the company closer to its development mission.
