Bitcoin Security Provider Casa Closed $4 Million Seed Round With Avon Ventures

Casa, a Bitcoin self custody solutions provider announced the completion of a $4 million seed round fund. Fidelity Investments' blockchain-focused Avon Ventures led the investment, Coinbase Ventures Compound VC, and other companies participated. 

Casa said that as of now, the company's total financing has reached $7.8 million, and Avon partner Sachin Patodia will join Casa's board of directors.

The new funds will be used to improve Casa's custody, storage and private key management technology. Casa also plans to develop an easy-to-use self-service private key software to attract new users.
