Another company enters the Bitcoin Trust wars, challenging Grayscale's GBTC crown in a crowded field.

Arca, an investment management firm offering institutional-caliber products to confidently gain exposure to digital assets, is launching a new Bitcoin trust product--Arca Accredited Investor Bitcoin Trust, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). 

The new fund has sold for $100,000 with a minimum investment of $25,000. As of press time, other details such as annual fees have not been disclosed.
