EOS founder BM (Daniel Larimer) tweeted today that a draft of EOS community governance proposal has been released. The purpose of this document is to outline a process for vetting and appointing individuals to control the allocation of EOS token creation, and therefore, the future direction of EOS.

According to the draft, to become a community member, you must request (or provide) an invitation from an existing member and be confirmed by the other two members. In addition, every 10% increase in the community will automatically trigger an election, and no new members can officially join until the election process is over.
