Galaxy Digital, a cryptocurrency investment bank founded by Mike Novogratz, released a financial report for the fourth quarter of 2020, outlining the all-around growth of its asset management, trading and mining business. 

The company saw its comprehensive net income reached $335.7 million in 2020 Q4, an increase of 117.5% over the same period in 2019; the assets under management (AUM) was $807 million, an increase of 98% over the third quarter's AUM. 

The company also plans to conduct a secondary listing in the United States and has hired a new chief financial officer, Alex Loffe, the former CFO of Virtu Financial. 

Galaxy Digital was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada in 2018. The financial report did not disclose the form of its secondary listing in the United States.
