Asset Management Giant BlackRock Held Over $360K Of CME Bitcoin Futures Early This Year

According to Coindesk, a regulatory filing released by the SEC on Wednesday showed that BlackRock, the asset management giant already held approximately $360,457 in CME Bitcoin futures contracts at the beginning of this year. 

The report is dated January 31, showing that its Bitcoin futures position only accounts for 0.0014% of BlackRock's Global Allocation Fund. It is unclear yet whether BlackRock still holds other crypto futures.
