During an interview with CNBC's "Squawk Box", Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz said that both Bitcoin and Dogecoin are popular cryptos, there are significant differences between them. 

Novogratz believed that Bitcoin is a well-thought-out and reasonably decentralized store of value, while two "Dogecoin whales" holding 30% of the total DOGE supply. Besides, there are "tens of billions of dollars" capital and operating expenditures invested in the Bitcoin ecosystem every year, but Dogecoin does not. 

He emphasized: "But retail investors have not given up Dogecoin, it is dangerous to be short, but I wouldn't long either."
