According to a court document obtained by Reuters, the London High Court has approved Craig Wright's copyright lawsuit against Cobra, the operator of the bitcoin.org website and the publisher of Bitcoin Whitepaper.

Craig Wright has always claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin.

Cobra ever told Wright’s lawyer Ontier on January 20: "Bitcoin.org isn't based in the UK and Craig's copyright claims over the whitepaper can be easily verified to be false... Seems like he's trying to abuse the UK courts to make them try to censor the white paper and harass small websites like us providing education content with his behavior."

As Cobra may live abroad and never disclose his name, identity, or address, it is not clear whether Cobra will disclose his identity to defend the lawsuit.
