According to the official announcement, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has begun a formal review of Kryptoin's Bitcoin ETF, and the Cboe BZX Exchange is the investment advisor of this ETF. 

Kryptoin ever applied for a Bitcoin ETF in 2019 but was not approved. This is the third Bitcoin ETF being evaluated by the SEC after VanEck and WisdomTree. Regulators have up to 240 days to approve or reject it.
