According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) told Tesla that its CEO Elon Musk's behavior, which tweets about Tesla's solar roof and its stock price, has violated the court's order twice.

The policy requires that his tweets must be approved by the company’s lawyers. Tesla's external lawyers said that the regulator had tried to stop and silence Musk.

Musk frequently posts cryptocurrency-related tweets, which has caused huge volatility in the market. Currently, the SEC has not yet commented on Musk's crypto tweets.
