According to The Sun, James Howells, a former IT expert in British, plans to search 400,000 tons of trash in a 200-square-meter landfill to find his lost hard drive, which contains 275 million pounds (about 378 million US dollars) worth of Bitcoin.

Howells accidentally lost the hard drive while cleaning the office in 2013. He hopes to recover his huge wealth in one year by deploying artificial intelligence scanners, X-ray scanners, and other high-tech tools.

Howells said a hedge fund supports his plan and requires part of wealth as a reward.
