Recently, more and more industry experts have called for a review of the stablecoin industry that lacks transparency.

Jeremy Allaire, CEO of the stablecoin publisher Circle, told CoinDesk TV that as Circle goes public through SPAC trading, USDC will be disclosed in SEC documents to increase reserve transparency.

Allaire stated that the company had been preparing for a merger transaction with Concord for several months, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) required both parties to submit a form S-4 to details the proposed merger, which indicates that more USDC reserve details will be disclosed.
