Greenidge Generation Cooperates With Foundry To Add 8,300 Bitcoin Mining Machines

Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc., a mining company based in upstate New York, announced that it has entered into a partnership with Foundry Digital LLC, a mining and mortgage subsidiary of Digital Currency Group. 

Under the partnership, Foundry sold approximately 2,300 Whatsminer M30S mining machines to Greenidge and also provided financing for the purchase of 6,000 Antminer S19 miners manufactured by Bitmain. 

Greenidge will also join the Foundry USA mining pool with its ~800 petahash, which currently has the world's fifth-largest computing power.
