Cryptocurrency broker Voyager Digital announced on Monday that it will acquire Coinify ApS, the leading cryptocurrency payment platform with a user base in more than 150 countries. 

The consideration for Coinify's acquisition will include 5,100,000 shares of Voyager Digital's newly issued common stock (valued at approximately $69 million) and $15 million in cash. As part of the agreement, the company will keep $5.5 million in cash on Coinify's balance sheet. 

This acquisition has accelerated Voyager's international expansion, as well as the payment market including B2B business. Voyager customers will soon be able to pay directly from their digital asset accounts.
