According to Coindesk, Nasdaq has filed an application on August 23 seeking to list and trade the Valkyrie XBTO Bitcoin futures ETF. 

Valkyrie CIO Steve McClurg told Coindesk that it will cooperate with XBTO for futures trading. 

In addition, Valkyrie's Bitcoin futures ETF belongs to the category of "33 Act fund", that is, the Securities Act of 1933, which can invest its assets exclusively in Bitcoin futures contracts. Many of the Bitcoin futures ETF applications recently filed are under the Investment Company Act of 1940, which must be partly invested in fixed income or Treasury bonds.
