According to a public document, Ripple has filed a motion with District Judge Sarah Netburn, requesting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide more documents reflecting its digital asset trading policy.
Ripple wants to know whether SEC employees are allowed to trade XRP, Ethereum, Bitcoin, and other cryptocurrencies, as well as whether SEC employees have traded XRP before the official investigation order is issued.
In addition, Ripple also hopes to obtain documents on the personal cryptocurrency holdings of SEC staff and expresses its willingness to receive such information in aggregated form.
