Twitter and Square CEO Jack Dorsey disclosed a "TBD" project plan last month, saying at the time that the project will focus on developing an open-source financial services platform dedicated to Bitcoin.
According to Dorsey and Mike Brock, the CashApp executive responsible for the project, the TBD now has a clearer roadmap which is to create a decentralized exchange.
Brock said: "This is the problem we’re going to solve: make it easy to fund a non-custodial wallet anywhere in the world through a platform to build on- and off-ramps into Bitcoin. You can think about this as a decentralize exchange for fiat."
